Magnificent location, within a close distance from a wide canal. Set very close to bus stations, Manuela is the best and the grand canal about a 5 minute walk from the train station in the pretty quiet area. Lovely modern rooms and hypoallergenic pillows.

We spent really lovely time and did not want to leave. We truly enjoyed staying here, the place met requirements. The location was marvellous, with a train station very close to the hotel. The property was set in a nice area.

The rooms are extremely spacious and have excellent view of the gardens and the grand canal. I have not had such an exceptionally comfortable bed at any other accommodation. It has nice restaurant and great location due to the location of the bridges. And it's by Rio dei tre ponti. The service is excellent, including shuttle from the airport and delicious breakfasts.

Exceptional staff, everything was good. Very close to a train station, the location was stunning and fantastic, close to great restaurants. Santa Croce district was worth staying in.

The hotel was ideal, fairly clean, in a busy area. The staff was competent and excellent and recommended a good restaurant on-site. My room was great-sized and romantic and included central heating, multi-channel television, and a writing table. The location was wonderful, for example, a wide canal was at a moderate distance from the venue.

The staff was competent, the accommodation was nicely decorated and spotlessly clean. The room turned out to be elegant and romantic with balcony and original fireplaces plus wine. The breakfasts here were delicious with hard boiled eggs and vegan croissants and toast.

The hotel was a fabulous base for enjoying a fairly quiet area, right by water taxis, the gardens overlooking the canal, and a square. The breakfast was delicious and all the food was outstanding. The room was new-fashioned and fashionable, had central heating, multi-channel television and a writing table. Perfect service, even though a few employees were not very friendly. They helped us get a shuttle from the airport.
